When you contact BWC, you will be greeted by Directors of the company. Whilst personal appointments will be made by either Ian or Tony. They personally ensure that your enquiry is dealt with effectively and that any works commissioned are completed to your satisfaction. Unlike many larger or National companies, you know who you are dealing with. To back up the confidence they have in their product, no deposit is required and payment becomes due when the job is completed. (Stage payments for conservatories)
Additionally BWC employ their own teams of fitters who have all had a criminal conviction check, giving you, the customer, peace of mind that the job will be finished to our satisfaction, with the least inconvenience and disruption. At BWC we will do it all for you.
